Let's dive in!
Life is a Series of Choices
Every day, we face choices, especially if you're intentionally designing your life. Some small, some life-altering.
At the core of these choices is a simple yet profound fork in the road:
➡️ Will I see this moment through fear or through love?
Fear asks: Why is this happening TO me?
Love asks: How is this happening FOR me?
The question we choose leads us in drastically different directions.
The former breeds stress, resentment, and frustration.
The latter sparks creativity, empowerment, and solutions.
Why This Matters to You
Challenges—big and small—are inevitable. They show up daily. And at each turn, we get to decide:
Will we be a victim of our circumstances, or will we use them as stepping stones toward something greater?
What Most People Do (And Why It Doesn’t Work)
Most people feel like life is happening to them.
They blame, react, and fight against what is.
I know because I still go there sometimes. We all do. It’s part of being human.
But when we stay stuck in frustration, we lose access to the very thing that could help us move forward—our power to create something new.
The Unlock: A Simple Shift That Changes Everything
Here’s a tool that has changed my life:
When you face a challenge, pause and ask:
"How is this happening FOR me?"
Even in the hardest moments, this question opens the door to new possibilities.
Strong Truth to Hold Onto
If you want a life of tension, burnout, and agitation—stay stuck in believing life is happening to you.
If you want a life of alignment, growth, and fulfillment—get curious about how it’s happening for you.
A Perspective That Stands the Test of Time
This isn’t a new idea. Tony Robbins and many others teach it today, but the roots go way back with a simple Google Search mentioning people like Aristotle.
In Tony's words:
“If you are going to blame someone for the pain they caused, then you better blame them for all the good that came out of it too. If you’re going to give them credit for everything that is so messed up, then you have to give them credit for everything that is great.”
We live in a world that is increasingly reactive.
It’s easy to blame, to point fingers, to fight what we don’t like.
But real change doesn’t happen through blame—it happens through creativity, collaboration, and possibility.
Take Jane Goodall as an example - a renowned activist and leader. She didn’t fight the companies testing on chimpanzees.
Instead, she partnered with executives to create long-term solutions.
Her approach didn’t just spark outrage—it changed the industry.
